Chalets are fully equipped for your comfort with flat screen tv, electric range/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a full set of kitchenware for all your dining needs. Coffee/Tea provided.

 

The large forward covered sundeck has a sitting area for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening barbecue in the surrounding forest. You have a private, spectacular view of the surrounding glacial mountains and complete serenity. People often comment what a calm, restful sleep

Only the occasional hooting of the local Owl. Enjoy a tranquil time on the large rear sundeck deck overlooking the lush flora and fauna of the Great Bear Rainforest that surrounds the Chalet. 

 

The bathrooms are modern and complete with flush toilets, full stand up showers, sinks/vanity, blow dryers, hand soap and shampoo. The custom banisters and hand rails leading to the upstairs loft are all natural wood and unique curved red and yellow cedar that we have beach combed from the fjords.

Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the large picture windows in the loft.

 

The Black Bear Chalet has a deluxe Queen Sleigh bed with pillow top mattress on the main floor with 2 double beds in the upstairs open loft.  All our towels and fine linens have been purchased with the best quality and comfort in mind for our Guests. All linens and toiletries provided.

 

Chalet’s are heated with thermostatically controlled electric baseboard’s and efficient Fisher wood stove’s. Both Chalets have a Weber Barbeque on the sundeck for your convenience and

seating on the front and rear deck.
